Welcome to Emerald Meadows

Emerald Meadows is a family owned and operated Trakehner breeding farm located in central Texas. We produce only a few purebred Trakehner foals each year from our select ATA official studbook mares bred to stallions of the finest bloodlines and confirmation.

Since we keep our numbers small the foals are given daily, individual attention—beginning with their extensive imprinting at birth. Early handling ensures that they will grow to have people-loving personalities and willing dispositions. We customize our foals' feeding programs, and provide regular farrier and medical attention to ensure they grow healthy and sound.

Our young Trakehner horses are athletic, intelligent, willing and kind; perfect for companionship and competitions.

We also offer boarding and training to select clientele. Care is individualized, but every horse is fed twice daily and turned out on large well maintained pastures. Training and lesson programs are available for all horses to help both horse and rider reach their maximum potential. We successfully train both young and advanced horses.
